For the year 2000-2001, Royal Life Saving Society Australia statistics showed that half of the children under the age of five that drown, do so in their backyard swimming pools or spas. In fact, on average one child dies each week in Australia as a result of preventable drowning

Only allow your child near a pool if you are able to stay and supervise….
