Recall- BMW Australia Ltd.—BMW Baby Racer III

Product Safety Australia have recalled the BMW Australia Ltd.BMW Baby Racer III due to a potential choking hazard.

The BMW Australia Ltd.—BMW Baby Racer III was sold nationally by all authorised BMW dealers.

The identifying features are as follows:

  • BMW Baby Racer III
    1. Black / Orange. Part No: 80 93 2 361 375.
    2. Turquoise / Caramel. Part No: 80 93 2 361 376.
    3. White / Raspberry Red. Part No: 80 93 2 361 377.

The defect is that it is possible that the BMW badge that is fitted to the centre of the steering wheel may not be sufficiently secured, and may become loose.

The hazard is that if the badge in the centre of the steering wheel does come loose, it may become a choking hazard.
