Soft Hammer Rattle (article number 30423)

The Rattle is a toy made of wood and plastic in the shape of a hammer. The club part consists of moveable wooden rings kept in place by plastic end caps. The handle is equipped with a bite-tolerant ring. The Rattle is intended for children under 36 months old.

What are the defects?

The wooden rings on the rattle can crack and could possibly result in small parts that could be hazardous to small children.

What are the hazards?

Small parts if detached from the product pose a potential choking hazard to children under the age of 36 months.
