Terms and Conditions
A Statement of Attainment will be provided to successful participants.
Registration and Payment
The RTO enrolment form also needs to be completed and returned to Kidsafe NSW one week prior to course date.Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. An order confirmation will be automatically sent out which will confirm your booking. Tax invoices can be requested by Government and community organisations. Tax invoices must be paid 1 week prior to training or presentation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refunds of all monies paid will be made if training or presentation is cancelled by Kidsafe, or if re-scheduled and you are unable to attend the new date.
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 100% refund
- Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 7 days: 90% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days: no refund
- Cancellation must be in writing. The effective date is the date of dispatch.
If you have booked and paid for a training or presentation and are unable to attend on the date, and if another similar training or presentation is offered, you can choose to transfer your booking to the next training or presentation . An administration fee of $27.50 per booking will be incurred, payable at time of your request to transfer your booking. If the subsequent training or presentation is cancelled by Kidsafe NSW, you will receive a full refund (not including administration fee).
Please note that bookings cannot be transferred within one (1) week of the training or presentation date.
If, after booking and you are unable to attend, you can nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost. Please advise substitutions in writing.
