A Statement of Attainment will be emailed to successful participants.

Registration and Payment

The RTO enrolment form  needs to be completed and returned to Kidsafe NSW no later than one week prior to course date. Payment must be received in full no later than 5 business days prior to your nominated course commencement date. A tax invoice will be provided once your completed enrolment form has been received. A tax invoice/receipt will be provided on receipt of full payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds of the course fees paid will be made if a course is cancelled by Kidsafe, or if it is re-scheduled and you are unable to attend the new date.

All learners will have the opportunity to complete the training at a later date if they are forced to withdraw for personal/family or other reasons. In such cases Kidsafe NSW will hold their fees over in payment for the next enrolment, and they will not suffer any financial penalty because of such a postponement.
