A webinar is an online seminar. It is a live presentation viewed on a computer or android device via an internet connection. Webinars enable a group of people in different geographic locations to share a common experience in real time, and to interact with the presenter.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Visit the registration page to register for the webinar. Each webinar will have a different registration page. Follow the links on the chosen webinar.
In order for registration to be successful, online payment is required at the time of registration. Accepted payment is with a credit card or through a Paypal account.
SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION
A confirmation email of registration will be sent to the nominated email address. This will include system requirements and login details for the webinar. If a confirmation email has not been received within 24 hours, please contact the office on 02 9845 0899 or email

A computer with speakers or plugin headset and a high-speed broadband connection is required. The system requirements will be included in the confirmation email of your registration. You can test your system by visiting http://omnovia.redbackconferencing.com.au/redback .
ACCESSING THE WEBINAR
The confirmation email, and subsequent reminder emails, will include a link to the webinar site. Shortly before the start time, simply click on the link and enter the registration email address to access to the webinar.
DURING THE WEBINAR
The presenter will show information via slides and/or videos. The presenter might also use polls to gain information or opinions from webinar participants. At any time, comments or questions can be submitted via the comments field.

WEBINAR RECORDINGS
Registrants will receive an email containing a link to the recorded version within 72 hours after the conclusion of the webinar. The recorded version can be accessed at any time.
Within four weeks of the webinar, a recorded version will be available for purchase via the website. When purchase is complete, a link will be provided to access the video online.
STATEMENT OF ATTENDANCE
The tax invoice is the record of registration.
